Professional Property Management, Inc. (PPM), located in Mountain Home, Arkansas, was founded in 1983 by Thomas J. Embach and currently manages over 80 rental properties with over 2,400 units. Our apartments are located throughout Arkansas and in Southern Missouri. Most properties accept HUD vouchers and some locations provide rental assistance through USDA Rural Development. The staff of PPM and our Site Managers' goal is to provide our residents with a clean, comfortable, and affordable place to live for low income families and seniors as well as market apartments for those in higher income brackets.

To file a program discrimination complaint, a complainant should complete a Form AD 3027, USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form, which can be obtained online, from any USDA office, by calling (866) 632-9992, or by writing a letter addressed to USDA. The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:
